GoBig Films provides professional video production and commercial photography services including:

Project Deposits: A deposit is typically required to secure your project date and begin pre-production work.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Final payment is due upon delivery of final assets.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays and may incur additional fees.

Client Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights to the final delivered content as specified in the project agreement.

Portfolio Usage: GoBig Films retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw Materials: All raw footage, unedited images, and working files remain the property of GoBig Films unless specifically included in the project agreement.

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
